1You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2To be eligible for a return, youritem must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3Your item must be in the original packaging.
4Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5You can either bring it to our Showroom in Orchid Magu, Male’ or send by postage paid by you.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a standard bank refund period, which could be between 4-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


If you purchase an item online and would like to replace it for another item, we would be happy to process that request, provided the original product is returned to us as per our return policy unused and in original packing.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customised Special Order Product

Customised Special Order products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as they are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
